I've noticed how everyone who thinks delaying the UK release of Lucie's album is a good idea so that appropriate promotional support can be provided, is sitting pretty in a country where the album is out and they presumably have a copy spinning on their CD player. Spare a thought for those of us that haven't heard it yet. Sad

I will have to gloat on the grounds that I should see Mia sing twice next week, and take some solace from that. Twisted Evil

Does anyone in the UK know what is happening with the Amazon contest to win tickets to Lucie's Pigalle Club performance next Monday? I am assuming the concert was to promote the album release and therefore the concert might be off completely?

Yes I know its on itunes but I haven't previously subscribed to itunes on principle - I think if I buy a cd I should be able to copy it where I like and not be restricted as long as its for my personal consumption, and last I heard downloaded itunes didn't allow that. Has it changed, can I copy it from my PC to my mp3 phone to my sat nav music player without restriction?

Yeah you can copy it to cd and then do what you want with them. You can of course also buy the cd from Holland.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, as long as Lucie is happy with how it is all going with the album that will do for me.

I think we are all disappointed with how Last Year did in the charts and anxious to see the album out there and have other people enjoy it, but I for one with stand by Lu 100%.

I stand behind Luce also.
As long as she will be happy all will alright.
I think "Place To Hide" will be the next single, since it has been on Top of the Pops here in Holland.
And releasing that single will make Lucie back in the picture.
Till then, try to buy "Last Year" so it might come back to the top charts.
