I have a video from the Cobden 2nd Nov in which Mia strikes The Pose.
If I can ever work out how to edit just that part out I will post it here, so that we can all practice 
Rod got a great piccy of it which is in the Live thread.
Any suggestions from you techno hounds out there. Is Windows Movie Maker my friend?

Yes yes yes! Windows Movie Maker is your and our best friend now What is the length, size etc. of the original file? Perhaps you have to convert the original file to a 340 kbps .wmv file: that is an easier file to edit.
